This design is by Anna Elizabeth Draeger, and appeared in Bead & Button magazine in 2006.
I have used a focal bead designed and made by KimmyG, and to complement the colours, I have made the necklace out of jet, clear crystal AB, and Siam Swarovski crystals, with sterling silver findings. I used 2 strands of flexible beading wire .010, and a silver toggle clasp ( for my arthritic fingers ! ).
I have had the greatest pleasure in my transactions with North Coast Beadmakers. When this focal bead arrived, it wasn't the same colours that appeared on my monitor, so Kim made me another one in my chosen colours. I find their service is excellent.
