Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be despatched within 21 days providing all information is correct. We will notify you if we are temporarily out of stock. All orders addressed within Australia will be sent Parcel Post by Australia Post. All orders addressed outside Australia will be sent Air Parcel Post by Australia Post. If you require your goods to be insured*, please request same using the customer comment box and select 'postal' as payment method. We will then quote and issue an invoice to you by email. You will then be able to direct deposit or request a Paypal or Paymate invoice.

*PLEASE NOTE: The availability of insurance and the maximum obtainable cover varies between countries. We will advise you prior to despatch if we are unable to insure your parcel and may need to investigate other methods of freight such as international courier services.

Returns & Replacements
We take great care to package your purchase so that it will reach you in perfect condition. We accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. We will gladly accept exchange or store credit, but **NO REFUND on items other than those specified in 'Authorised Returns' policy detailed below. Only items purchased from this web site may be returned. The items must be in original new condition and in original packaging.
To return items, first contact us by email or telephone (+61754763999) within 7 days of receipt of order. We will not accept any COD. We strongly recommend that you insure your returned items as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. Postage/delivery charges and insurance for returned items are your responsibility.
Exchange items : You will be charged normal postage and AUD$2.50 handling fee for each exchanged item sent.
Store credit : Your store credit will be the amount remaining after deduction of normal postage and AUD$2.50 handling fee for each item.

**Authorised Returns

Authorised returns applies only to finished jewellery items. Authorised returns allow for a customer to purchase goods with a money back guarantee in order to view the items first hand and to therefore ensure customer satisfaction. The period allowed for authorised returns is 5 days within Australia and 14 days for overseas customers. Only items purchased from this web site may be returned. The items must be in original new condition and in original packaging.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. GST will not be charged. All product prices on this site are only for the Northcoast Beadmakers online catalogue. You may find other sources where prices differ from this site.
Currently we can accept VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Paymate, Direct Deposit and Cheque/Money Order.
If you prefer not to send your credit card details over the Internet the "Secure Order Form" also offers payment options for mailing a cheque or phoning through your credit card details (Telephone +61 7 54763999).
Import Duties and Taxes
For international customers please note that all customs duties, levies or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Incorrect shipments and Manufacturing Defects
We will repair any manufacturing defects and replace any incorrectly sent items at no charge. Shipping charges will be refunded in the event of manufacturing defects or an incorrect shipment only. Glass beads cannot be guaranteed against damage/breakage once the item has been worn, however, in some instances we may be able to repair your item for you and replace a damaged or broken bead. All glass beads available on this site have been kiln annealed.
To return items first contact us by fax or email within 7 days of receipt of order. Please complete the slip provided which was sent when your goods were shipped and return it along with the items by postage pre-paid. We will not accept any COD.
