This bowl has been constructed using sheet glass and stringers.  Two firings are involved, and then some cold finishing and polishing....  The edges can be a little uneven, so this bowl has been ground down at the edges, and then the edges have been polished.  The bowl is approximately 250mm x 45mm (10" x 1.8").
